Die-Cover film prevents die-marks on decorative and pre-painted metals while using your existing dies. Die-cover film is ideal for use in press-brake forming.

The Film is made from Formathane® Urethane a specially engineered to withstand the rigors of metalforming. It has superior cut, puncture, and abrasion resistance and will not break down leaving particulate debris. Formathane® is corrosion resistant and is unaffected by oil, chemicals, and solvents.

Our die cover film is 0.5 mm (0.02") thick and 150 mm wide and is sold by the metre.
